Thailand: Bangkok: Day One
Hello everyone! I’m so sorry I haven’t posted in a long, long time. I’ve been too busy partying up till midnight at the malls in Bangkok! 😅 But today, I’m going to sum up our first night here in Bangkok! So, we were on the airplane, it was like a 12 hour flight? I think… so, anyways, when we got off the plane, we went to go find our ride to get to our house, and while we were waiting for them to get it ready, we checked out popmart, which was next to us. Popmart is a cute store that sells like little cute Japanese style toys, accessories and anime. So, we went there, and I found the cutest thing. It was little Naruto figures from their childhood! So, I got one and opened it up, hoping to get a cute sasuke eating an onigiri, but I got Jiraiya instead, but I still like it too! 😊 After that, we got into our car and started our 50 minute drive! But it went by fast, it didn’t even feel like 50 minutes… once we got to our house, we unpacked and settled in, and then we decided what to eat! We didn’t feel like doing no boring Grab, (Grab is like Uber Eats.) instead, we decided to go to Emsphere mall! So, we drove over in a uber car, and when we got there, we ate first. I got some delicious pad Thai, it was my first dish in Thailand! It was very good, but not spicy, unfortunately. We also had some Thai teas to go with it. A peach one, a guava one, and a mango one! They were very good as well. After that, we got some matcha Mont Blanc ice cream! It had like those Mont Blanc noodles on top, (like the ones we had in Paris. Read: Paris: Day two.) but the Mont Blanc was matcha flavor, and in a cone with milk ice cream under it. And under the ice cream were matcha crisps, honey cake, and matcha jelly! It was a very unique combination that k would definitely recommend! After that, we explored the shops in the mall and then got some mango sticky rice. Mango sticky rice is a traditional Thai dessert, although I was expecting it to be better! It was still good though. 😊 So, that was all for today, I can’t wait to share more.
check out often for updates! Even if I’m not posting, make it a habit to check out every other day, and maybe there will be something new!
